    Ministerul Afacerilor Externe al Republicii Bosnia şi Herţegovina prezintă salutul său Ministerului Afacerilor Externe al Republicii Moldova şi are onoarea de a-i propune stabilirea relaţiilor diplomatice la nivel de ambasadori prin schimb de Note între Republica Bosnia şi Herţegovina şi Republica Moldova.
    Sperăm cu sinceritate că stabilirea relaţiilor diplomatice între ambele ţări va contribui la dezvoltarea în continuare a relaţiilor reciproce şi cooperarea între Republica Bosnia şi Herţegovina şi Republica Moldova.
    Ministerul Afacerilor Externe al Republicii Bosnia şi Herţegovina are onoarea de a propune ca această Notă şi Nota de răspuns a Ministerului Afacerilor Externe al Republicii Moldova să constituie un Acord privind stabilirea relaţiilor diplomatice între ambele ţări şi că data Notei de răspuns să fie considerată data stabilirii relaţiilor diplomatice.
     Ministerul Afacerilor Externe al Republicii Bosnia şi Herţegovina foloseşte acest prilej pentru a reînnoi Ministerului Afacerilor Externe al Republicii Moldova asigurările înaltei sale consideraţiuni.

    Ministerul Afacerilor Externe al Republicii Moldova prezintă salutul său Ministerului Afacerilor Externe al Republicii Bosnia şi Herţegovina şi are onoarea de a-l informa despre recepţionarea cu satisfacţie a Notei nr. 06-1976/93 privind propunerea de a stabili relaţii diplomatice la nivel de ambasadori prin schimb de Note între Republica Bosnia şi Herţegovina şi Republica Moldova.
    Apreciem pozitiv că stabilirea relaţiilor diplomatice între ambele ţări va contribui favorabil la intensificarea relaţiilor reciproc avantajoase şi cooperarea între Republica Moldova şi Republica Bosnia şi Herţegovina. Avem onoarea de a propune ca data Notei noastre de răspuns să fie considerată data stabilirii relaţiilor diplomatice.
    Ministerul Afacerilor Externe al Republicii Moldova foloseşte acest prilej pentru a reînnoi Ministerul Afacerilor Externe al Republicii Bosnia şi Herţegovina asigurările înaltei sale consideraţiuni.

    The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of  Bosnia and Herzegovina presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of  Moldova and has the honour to propose the establishment of diplomatic relations on the ambassadorial level by exchange of Notes between the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Moldova.
    We sincerely hope that the  establishment of diplomatic relations between our two countries will contribute to further development of mutually beneficial relations and cooperation between the Republic of of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Moldova.
    The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of  Bosnia and Herzegovina has the honour to propose that this  Note and the reply thereto from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of  Moldova will constitute an Agreement on the establishment of diplomatic relations between our two countries and that the date of your Note of Reply be considered as the date of diplomatic relations.
