    Ministerul Afacerilor Externe al Republicii Estonia prezintă salutul său Ministerului Afacerilor Externe şi Integrării Europene al Republicii Moldova şi are onoarea de a-i comunica următoarele.
    Guvernul Republicii Estonia a decis să renunţe la perceperea taxei de stat de la cetăţenii Republicii Moldova pentru examinarea cererilor de acordare a vizelor de tranzit şi de o singură intrare de către misiunile diplomatice ale Republicii Estonia.
    Deoarece, potrivit legislaţiei Republicii Estonia scutirea de la taxele de stat este posibilă în baza unui acord bilateral, Ministerul
    Afacerilor Externe propune ca această Notă şi Nota de confirmare a Părţii Moldoveneşti să constituie un Acord privind renunţarea la taxele de stat percepute pentru cererile de acordare a vizelor care urmează să intre în vigoare la data primirii Notei Părţii Moldoveneşti.
    Ministerul Afacerilor Externe al Republicii Estonia foloseşte acest prilej pentru a reînnoi Ministerului Afacerilor Externe şi Integrării Europene al Republicii Moldova asigurarea înaltei sale consideraţiuni

    Ministerul Afacerilor Externe şi Integrării Europene al Republicii Moldova prezintă salutul său Ministerului Afacerilor Externe al Republicii Estonia şi are onoarea de a-i confirma recepţionarea Notei Ministerului nr. 8.2/11565 din 25 octombrie 2006, cu următorul conţinut:
    „Ministerul Afacerilor Externe al Republicii Estonia prezintă salutul său Ministerului Afacerilor Externe şi Integrării Europene al Republicii Moldova şi are onoarea de a-i comunica următoarele.
    Guvernul Republicii Estonia a decis să renunţe la perceperea taxei de stat de la cetăţenii Republicii Moldova pentru examinarea cererilor de acordare a vizelor de tranzit şi de o singură intrare de către misiunile diplomatice ale Republicii Estonia.

    Moldova are onoarea de a comunica că Partea Moldovenească acceptă condiţiile menţionate mai sus şi consideră că Nota Părţii Estoniene şi prezenta Notă constituie un Acord între Guvernul Republicii Moldova şi Guvernul Republicii Estonia privind renunţarea la taxele de stat percepute pentru cererile de acordare a vizelor, care urmează să intre în vigoare la data recepţionării acestei Note de către Partea Estoniană.
    Ministerul Afacerilor Externe şi Integrării Europene al Republicii Moldova foloseşte acest prilej pentru a reînnoi Ministerului Afacerilor Externe al Republicii Estonia asigurarea înaltei sale consideraţiuni.

THE REPUBLIC OF ESTONIA

    The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova and has the honour to convey the following.
    The Government of the Republic of Estonia has decided to waive the collecting of the state fee from the citizens of the Republic of Moldova for processing the applications for transit and single-entry visas in the foreign missions of the Republic of Estonia.
    In so far as pursuant to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia the exemption from the state fee is possible under a bilateral agreement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs proposes that this  Note and the Note of confirmation by the Moldovan side shall constitute an agreement on the waiver of the state fee collected for visa applications, that shall enter into force as of the date of the arrival of the Moldovan note.
    The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova the assurances of its highest consideration.

    The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia and has the honour to confirm the receipt of the Ministry's Note No. 8.2/11565 from October 25, 2006, with the following content:
    "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova and has the honour to convey the following.

    The Ministry has the honour to communicate that the Moldovan side accepts the abuvementioned conditions and, therefore, considers that the Note of the Estonian side and the present Note constitute an agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the Republic of Estonia on the waiver of the state fee collected for visa applications, that shall enter into force on the date of the receipt of this Note by the Estonia side.
    The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Ministry of the Republic of Estonia the assurance of its highest consideration.
