CU PRIVIRE LA STABILIREA RELAŢIILOR

În vigoare din data semnării.
Republica Moldova şi Republica Coreea,
dorind să dezvolte relaţii reciproc avantajoase şi de colaborare mutuală între cele două ţări pe baza respectării principiilor dreptului internaţional, au căzut de comun acord să stabilească relaţii diplomatice la nivel de ambasadă, din momentul semnării prezentului Protocol.
Drept dovadă, subsemnaţii, fiind imputerniciţi de către instanţele constituţionale ale ambelor republici, au semnat prezentul Protocol.
Întocmit la 31 ianuarie 1992, în 3 exemplare, în limbile română, coreeană şi engleză.

desiring to develop mutually beneficial relations and cooperation between the two countries on the basis of respect of the principles of international law, have agreed to establish diplomatic relations at ambassadorial level with effect of the date of signature of the present protocol.
In witness whereof, the undersigned, being duly authorized thereto by their respective constitutional authorities, have signed the present protocol.
Done at Moscow, this thirty-first day of January one thousand nine hundred and ninety-two, in duplicate in the Romanian, English and Korean languages.
