    Guvernul Republicii Moldova şi Guvernul Republicii Cipru, denumite în continuare Părţi Contractante,
    în dorinţa de a consolida în continuare relaţiile prietenoase dintre cele două tări,
    au convenit a încheia acest acord privind abolirea regimului de vize pentru paşapoartele diplomatice şi de serviciu.
    1) Cetăţenii Republicii Moldova, titulari ai paşapoartelor diplomaticesau de serviciu, au dreptul de a intra şi sta pe teritoriul Republicii Cipru timp de nouăzeci (90) de zile iară viză.
    2) Cetăţenii Republicii Cipru, titulari ai paşapoartelor diplomatice sau de serviciu, au dreptul de a intra şi sta pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova timp de nouăzeci (90) de zile fără viză.
    1) Cetăţenii unei Părţi Contractante - titulari ai paşapoartelor diplomatice sau de serviciu, care sunt membri ai misiunilor diplomatice sau consulare, sau a organizaţiilor internaţionale pe teritoriul altei Părţi Contractante, au dreptul de a sta pe acest teritoriu pentru durata detaşării fără viză.
    2) Aceleaşi prevederi se aplică membrilor familiilor care fac parte din gospodăria persoanelor menţionate în alineatul l al prezentului Articol, cu condiţia că aceştia sunt titulari ai paşapoartelor diplomatice sau de serviciu.
    3) Fiecare Parte îşi rezervă dreptul de a refuza intrarea cetăţenilor celeilalte Părţi Contractante care sunt consideraţi persoane non-grata sau de a limita sau încheia durata şederii lor.
    Persoanele menţionate mai sus în Articolele l şi 2 pot intra şi părăsi teritoriul oricărei Părţi Contractante prin punctele de trecere ale frontierei deschise pentru traficul internaţional.
    1) Fiecare Parte Contractantă îşi rezervă dreptul de a suspenda în totalitate sau parţial prevederile de mai sus, din motive de securitate, ordine publică, protecţie a sănătăţii sau alte motive serioase.
    2) Oricare suspendare sau reluare a prevederilor prezentului Acord va fi imediat notificată prin canale diplomatice celeilalte Părţi Contractante.
    Părţile vor face schimb, prin canale diplomatice, a specimenelor paşapoartelor diplomatice şi de serviciu, şi vor oferi specimene a noilor documente de acest tip cu cel puţin 30 (treizeci) de zile înainte de a fi puse în circulaţie.
    1) Prezentul Acord se încheie pentru o perioadă de timp nelimitată.
    2) Fiecare Parte Contractantă poate denunţa acest Acord prin o notificare corespunzătoare în scris, prin canale diplomatice. Prezentul Acord îşi va pierde valabilitatea după trei luni din data emiterii unei astfel de note celeilalte Părţi Contractante.
    3) Oricare modificare a acestui Acord asupra căreia vor conveni Părţile Contractante, va intra în vigoare din ziua schimbului de Note care indică aprobarea modificării de către Părţile Contractante respective.
    Prezentul Acord va intra în vigoare în a treizecia (30) zi din data confirmării recepţionării notei, prin care o Parte Contractantă comunică celeilalte despre îndeplinirea procedurilor interne necesare intrării în vigoare a prezentului Acord.

    The Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the republic of Cyprus, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Parties,
    desirous the friendly relations between the two countries,
    have agreed to conclude this agreement on the abolition of visa requirements for Diplomatic and Service passports.
    1) Nationals of the Republic of Moldova, who are holders of valid diplomatic or service passports, may enter the territory of the Republic of Cyprus and stay there for ninety (90) days without any visa.
    2) Nationals of the Republic of Cyprus, who are holders of valid diplomatic or service passports, may enter the territory of the Republic of Moldova and stay there for ninety (90) days without any visa.
    1) Nationals of a Contracting Party - holders of diplomatic or official passports, who are assigned to diplomatic missions, consular offices or international organizations in the territory of the other Contracting Party may stay in this territory for the period of their assignment without visas.
    2) The same arrangements apply to family members forming part of or household of persons mentioned in paragraph 1 of the present Article divided that they are holders of diplomatic or official passports.
    3) Each Contracting Party shall reserve the right to prevent the entry
of nationals of the other Contracting Party deemed to be persona non-grata to shorten or terminate their residence.
    The persons aforementioned in Articles 1 and 2 may enter the territory of either Contracting Party via border crossing points open to international traffic.
    1) Each Contracting Party reserves the right to suspend the foregoing provisions in whole or in part, for reasons of security, public order, health protection or other serious reasons.
    2) Any such suspension or resumption of the provisions of the present Agreement shall be notified immediately to the other Contracting Party through diplomatic channels.
    The Contracting Parties shall exchange specimens of valid diplomatic and service passports and shall provide specimens of any new such documents, at least thirty (30) days before their introduction into use.
    1) This Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period of time.
    2) Each Contracting Party may terminate this Agreement by giving a written notice to that effect through diplomatic channels. This Agreement ceases to be in effect three months after the date of delivery of the notice to the other Contracting Party.
    3) Any addendum to this Agreement that the Contracting Parties agree to, will come into force the very day when the Notes indicating approval of the addendum by the respective Contracting Parties are exchanged.
    This Agreement shall enter into force thirty (30) days after the day of the acknowledgment of receipt of the Note, in which the Contracting Party shall notify the other one of the fulfillment of its domestic requirements for the entry into force of the present Agreement.
