În temeiul art. 30 alin.(1) din Legea nr. 595-XIV din 24 septembrie 1999 privind tratatele internaţionale ale Republicii Moldova (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2000, nr. 24–26, art. 137), cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,
    1. A aduce la cunoştinţa publică următoarele:
    a. La data de 24 noiembrie 2014 a intrat în vigoare Acordul între Agenţia Turismului a Republicii Moldova şi Ministerul Economiei Naţionale al Ungariei privind cooperarea în domeniul turismului, semnat la Chişinău la 26 septembrie 2014, aprobat prin Hotărîrea Guvernului nr. 949 din 17.11.2014 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2014, nr. 345-351, art. 1018).
    b. La data de 7 iulie 2015 a intrat în vigoare Acordul de finanţare adiţională dintre Republica Moldova şi Asociaţia Internaţională pentru Dezvoltare, în vederea realizării Proiectului “Agricultura Competitivă” (Credit nr. 5639), semnat la Chişinău la 21 mai 2015, ratificat prin Legea nr. 122 din 28 mai 2015 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2015, nr. 150-159, art. 327).
    c. La data de 11 decembrie 2015 a intrat în vigoare al patrulea Protocol adiţional, semnat la Chişinău la 27 august 2015, între Guvernul Republicii Moldova şi Guvernul României la Acordul între Guvernul Republicii Moldova şi Guvernul României privind implementarea programului de asistenţă tehnică şi financiară în baza unui ajutor financiar nerambursabil în valoare de 100 milioane de euro acordat de România Republicii Moldova, semnat la Bucureşti la 27 aprilie 2010, astfel cum a fost modificat prin cele trei Protocoale adiţionale, ratificat prin Legea nr. 182 din 29 octombrie 2015 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2015, nr. 317-323, art. 582).
    d. La data de 31 decembrie 2015 şi-a încetat valabilitatea Protocolul între Guvernul Republicii Moldova şi Guvernul Federaţiei Ruse privind livrarea mărfurilor în cadrul cooperării de producţie pentru anul 2015, semnat la Moscova la 13 octombrie 2015 şi la Chişinău la 23 octombrie 2015 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2015, nr. 332-339, art. 2394).
    e. La data de 31 decembrie 2015 şi-a încetat valabilitatea Acordul între Ministerul Informaticii, Informaţiei şi Telecomunicaţiilor al Republicii Moldova şi Ministerul Telecomunicaţiilor al Ucrainei privind cooperarea în domeniul serviciilor poştale, semnat la Chişinău la 20 martie 1993.
    f. La data de 4 ianuarie 2016 a intrat în vigoare Acordul, întocmit prin schimb de note, între Guvernul Republicii Moldova şi Guvernul Statului Israel privind extinderea duratei Acordului între Guvernul Republicii Moldova şi Guvernul Statului Israel cu privire la angajarea temporară a lucrătorilor din Republica Moldova în anumite sectoare din Statul Israel şi a Protocolului de implementare A (sectorul construcţii) la Acord, semnate la Ierusalim la 16 octombrie 2012. Textul Acordului se anexează.
    2. A publica prezentul ordin, însoţit de textul tratatului indicat la punctul 1 lit. f, în Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.

    The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Israel presents it compliments to the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova and has the honor to propose the extension of the duration of the Agreement between the Government of the State of Israel and the Government of the Republic of Moldova regarding the temporary employment of workers from the Republic of Moldova in specific sectors in the State of Israel and of Implementation Protocol A (Construction Sector) to the Agreement, signed in Jerusalem, on October 16, 2012.
    Article 14(4) to the Agreement provides as follows:
    “This Agreement shall be concluded for a term of three years. The Parties may agree to renew the Agreement for additional periods by exchange of Diplomatic Notes.”
    Since the Agreement and Implementation Protocol A (Construction Sector) entered into force on January 6, 2013, they are expected to seize to be in effect on January 5, 2016.
    In accordance with the above mentioned Article, the Government of the State of Israel proposes that the Agreement and Implementation Protocol A (Construction Sector) be extended for an additional period of three (3) years, namely until January 5, 2019.
    If this proposal is acceptable to the Government of the Republic of Moldova, the Government of the State of Israel proposes that this note and the Government of the Republic of Moldova’s reply shall constitute an agreement between our two Governments to extend the Agreement and Implementation Protocol A (Construction Sector) for a period of three (3) years beginning from January 6, 2016 until January 5, 2019.
    Any subsequent extension would be subject to the procedure set forth in the Agreement.
    The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Israel avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova the assurances of its highest consideration.

    The Embassy of the Republic of Moldova to the State of Israel has the honour to inform the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Israel that the Government of the Republic of Moldova has examined and accepted the content of the Note No. 3145/09-1/2015 Dated from 6 September 2015 of the Esteemed Ministry, and considers the mentioned Note and the current answering Note as an Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the State of Israel regarding the extension of the Agreement, including, the Implementation Protocol A (Construction Sector) for a period of three (3) years, starting with 6 January 2016, until 5 January 2019.

    Ambasada Republicii Moldova în Statul Israel prezintă salutul său Ministerului Afacerilor Externe şi are onoarea de a-i confirma recepţionarea Notei nr. 3145/09-1/2015 din 6 septembrie 2015 cu următorul conţinut.
    „Ministerul Afacerilor Externe al Statului Israel prezintă salutul său Ambasadei Republicii Moldova şi are onoarea să propună extinderea duratei Acordului între Guvernul Statului Israel şi Guvernul Republicii Moldova cu privire la angajarea temporară a lucrătorilor din Republica Moldova în anumite sectoare din Statul Israel şi Protocolului de implementare A (Sectorul  de construcţii) la Acord, semnat la Ierusalim la 16 octombrie 2012.
    Articolul 14 (4) al Acordului prevede următoarele:
    „Prezentul Acord se încheie pentru o durată de (3) trei ani. Părţile pot conveni asupra reînnoirii Acordului pentru perioade adiţionale prin intermediul schimbului de Note Diplomatice.”
    Deoarece Acordul şi Protocolul de Implementare A (Sectorul de construcţii) au intrat în vigoare pe data de 6 ianuarie 2013, ele urmează să expire la 5 ianuarie 2016.
    În conformitate cu articolul menţionat mai sus, Guvernul Statului Israel propune ca Acordul şi Protocolul de implementare A (Sectorul de construcţii) să fie extinse pentru o perioadă suplimentară de trei (3) ani, şi anume până în data de 5 ianuarie 2019.
    Dacă această propunere este acceptabilă pentru Guvernul Republicii Moldova, Guvernul Statului Israel propune ca această notă şi răspunsul Guvernului Republicii Moldova să constituie un Acord între Guvernele noastre privind extinderea     Acordului şi Protocolului de Implementare A (Sectorul de construcţii) pentru o perioadă de trei (3) ani începând cu 6 ianuarie 2016 până la 5 ianuarie 2019.
    Orice extindere ulterioară va fi subiect pentru proceduri stipulate în acest scop în Acord.
    Ministerul Afacerilor Externe al Statului Israel foloseşte acest prilej pentru a reînnoi Ambasadei Republicii Moldova asigurarea înaltei sale consideraţiuni.”
    Ambasada Republicii Moldova în Statul Israel are onoarea să comunice Ministerului Afacerilor Externe al Statului Israel că Guvernul Republicii Moldova a examinat şi acceptă conţinutul Notei nr. 3145/09-1/2015 din 6 septembrie 2015 a onoratului Minister şi consideră Nota menţionată şi prezenta Notă de răspuns drept un Acord între Guvernul Republicii Moldova şi Guvernul Statului Israel privind extinderea Acordului, inclusiv a Protocolului de Implementare A (Sectorul de construcţii) pentru o perioadă de trei (3) ani începând cu 6 ianuarie 2016 până la 5 ianuarie 2019.
    Ambasada Republicii Moldova în Statul Israel foloseşte acest prilej pentru a reînnoi Ministerului Afacerilor Externe al Statului Israel asigurarea înaltei sale consideraţiuni.
